Civil unrest starts small

Truckers are staging a fight on the New Jersey Turnpike. Diesel prices have risen to almost $4 and can't be passed on to customers. Thanks to the Federal Reserve!

Some truckers put signs on their rigs saying "$4 diesel = higher food costs. Can you afford to eat?" to call attention to their plight while driving slowly enough to attract attention.

"Our fuel costs have doubled over the past five years and the cost of doing business has doubled, " said one Florida-based driver. "Our industry is in ruins and the rest of the economy is going into a huge tailspin."
